Providers and others,
Please find attached a conference brochure for the Family Driven Care Conference in April. This conference is for FAMILIES and YOUTH, and there is a cost to attend the conference. In order for cost not to be a barrier to any family, we are encouraging agencies to sponsor families. However recognizing that agencies have their own budgeting challenges, we are also offering scholarships. If you have a family that could use a scholarship, please contact Stephanie Frank at IFF at

The conference planners are also looking at transportation solutions. If your agency would like to donate transportation (i.e. a van and driver), or if your families need transportation, Stephanie is the person to talk to.
