NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group
NAMI Connection is a free, totally confidental, weekly recovery support group for adults living with mental illnesses in which people learn from each others’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.

Family & Friends Support Groups
NAMI of DuPage offers free, completely confidential, drop-in support groups for people who have a family member or friend suffering with a mental illness.
Since our relationship with our loved ones suffering with mental illness is an ongoing journey and often difficult, it is helpful to know that families can receive support.
This is also an opportunity to help others who are experiencing some of the difficulties with their family member that we have been through, and to share some of the insights or community resources which have been helpful to us.

Concerned about the mental health of a child or teen? NAMI Dupage’s Parent Support Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday nights of each month. (For parents with children under 22 with a mental illness.)
